Unless otherwise stated, the Restorative Justice Association of BC (“RJABC”) and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Permitted Use: You may view and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms.
Prohibited Acts: You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, duplicate, or redistribute any material from this Website without express written consent from RJABC.
3. Restricted Access (Members-Only Portal)
Access to certain areas of this Website is restricted to active members of RJABC.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Governing Code: Access to the Members-Only Portal is further governed by the Member Code of Conduct, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
