RJABC is seeking curriculum developers to support RJABC’s foundational training initiative. The initiative aims to develop a ‘baseline’ restorative justice training grounded in a principled approach, recommended best practices, and research-based evidence. The purpose of the foundational training initiative is to respond to the disparity of access to training for RJ programs and to address the need for developing and progressing a restorative justice approach that is victim-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. The foundational training initiative seeks to build capacity, enhance service delivery, and improve measures to support victims and survivors of crime in restorative justice.

There are 3 positions to be filled. Each contract is for 60 hours of work, with an approved budget not exceeding $4,500.

For those seeking to apply, please complete the online application and by April 26, 2024. Interviews will be conducted between applicants and the Hiring Committee between May 8 to June 5, 2024.
